Nasarulla Kader
Nasaru has been actively engaged in the construction industry since 1995 and has overseen the construction of hundreds of single-family homes.
He has worked on both the design and build sides of construction, giving him a clear understanding of the execution process of building luxury homes. Huge & luxurious mansions of Mr. M.K Ashraf Ali (Director, LuLu Group International, Abu Dhabi), Mr. V.A Hassan (Chairman, Flora Group of Hotels, Dubai), Mr. E.P. Moosa Haji (Chairman, Fathima Group of Companies, Abu Dhabi), Mr. A.K Mansoor (MD, Chicking), Mr. M.A.Shauwkat Ali (Kanchi) - (Chairman, Le mer Public School, Thriprayar) and Mrs. Vandana Vasudevan (Director, Dynamic Techno Medicals Pvt Ltd) are few of his renowned residential creations.
Apart from single homes, he has also overseen the construction of several Multi-Residential Apartments, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges and Multi-Storied Commercial Buildings.

Shanuj Mohammed
Shanuj has been in the home building industry for over twenty years. He has executed the construction of numerous single homes, commercial buildings & multi-residential projects in and around Thrissur & Ernakulam Districts.
He enjoys working with homeowners and loves the creativity & vision it takes to bring a home to life just as the client deserves, always striving to exceed their expectations. Our clients love his passionate approach, enthusiasm and willingness to help, which helps him build strong and lasting relationships with his clients.
He physically monitors all on-site work executions on a daily basis to ensure the highest possible quality. His attention to detail and his commitment to quality translate into impeccable work that’s built to stand the test of time.

Shihab Mohammed
Shihab, With over 25 years of expertise in business management, understands today's home requirements and works closely with clients, helping them get acquainted with the unique process of creating a true custom home. He discovered a true vision for Tricon Builders in designing and building a fully custom home the way his clients wanted. Not close to what they wanted, but exactly what they wanted, at a price and quality nobody else was delivering.
His attention to detail and thorough understanding of the space and livability of a home ensures our clients get a strong start with our design & build process. He manages the preconstruction process, helping the clients understand their home's design, specifications, pricing, and other vital details. He guides our clients by explaining all the contract terms in detail and summarising each construction phase, and this helps them see the route of their journey they are about to start. Also ensures that all lines of communication are clear and concise.

While my home construction was going on, my parents lived in Chennai and I’m settled in New Zealand. But this scenario of “nobody around” had made no differences to them and they continued to build our home with a great passion and complete dedication. Whatever they had committed was 100% fulfilled. They did a remarkable job even though Ajith and his family was then living in Thiruvanadapuram. After a real long search for a reliable construction company to build our new home in Guruvayur, fortunately we found Tricon Builders through a facebook post. We discussed our home requirements over phone while we were in Dubai, and within couple of weeks our home design was almost ready with just a few minor changes, but took a little longer to get the building permit. Currently all works are fully completed and living happily, “Masha Allah”. Pros of Tricon Builders: Highly professional team, great simplicity, quick response to all calls & messages by the owner himself, even at night 11 pm, high quality construction with malayalee labors and finally the main highlights is their agreement documentation with crystal clear work & material specifications (We knows what we can expect from them and what we can’t, leaving absolutely no room for any disputes) and their 15 stages payment schedules are completely a tension-free payments procedure. Cons of Tricon Builders: Slightly slow in accomplishment of almost all the government related paper works (Building Permit, Completion certificate, KSEB related Paper works Etc…). Our Final Verdict: When we thought of a custom home, we had only expected a standard decent job from Tricon, but to be honest they indeed outperformed all our expectations and delivered us real awesome quality home. Teams of Tricon Builders are the greatest people to work with especially for custom homes. Thanks to Mr. Shanuj & his brother Shihab.
